An internet exhibition has transformed into a real and live exhibition,
demanding the release of Gilad Shalit, an Israeli and French national and an IDF soldier who was captured from Israel on 25 June 2006 by Hamas militants in a cross-border raid. Shalit was abducted near the Kerem Shalom crossing (in Israel), and has been held as a hostage at an unknown location in the Gaza strip by Hamas since then.

The exhibition, initiated by poet and artist Sigal Magen, is being held from September 20, 2011 till October 20, 2011 in Beit- Halochem, in Tel-Aviv. I am presenting three of my paintings there.

Beit Halochem Centers in Israel provide a place where the disabled veterans can undergo the various physiotherapy and hydrotherapy treatments, which they need for as long as they live. Here, too, they participate in sports and related activities suited to their individual disabilities.

Four years ago I drew a painting which had the  symbol of infinity
appear several times. I had a strong impulse to use this symbol
in the painting. I started working … and I got stuck in the middle …

It took me eight months to finish the painting and this is unusual for me.

Two years after drawing the picture, I heard there is a contest,
whose topic was infinity. I submitted the painting and the
Committee accepted it. This painting received the most views
and comments online. Last year, the painting appeared on the
calendar and envelopes of a leading Bank in Israel, Bank Tfachot
Mizrachi.

It turns out that most of my paintings have an element of infinity
in them. I have submitted 18 more paintings to the contest and
all were accepted.
